Lync Troubleshooting resources

So you’ve installed Lync Server.  It either works or it doesn’t.  If it does, let’s hope it stays that way.  More likely, however, is that you will encounter a problem that needs investigating.  What do you do next?


Fortunately Lync has some really good tools that help analyse issues if they are repeatable and help determine what to do to fix the issue.
